Detailed documentation on working with using Account Lists

Account Lists provide core functionality for the platform so its important to have a good understanding of how to use them.

Creating Account Lists

Account Lists can be greated using the panel on the right sider of the screen. There are three ways to create these lists: uploading an existing list or creating from an existing Subgraph. You are allowed to create as many lists as you would like.

Uploading a List

The quickest way to start working with Account Lists is by uploading an existing list. You can reference the following steps when uploading a list:

  1. Click the plus button in the Toolbar on the panel on the right side of the Subgraph view.

  1. This will open a Create List view.
  2. Start by entering a name and selecting a list type. More info on list types can be found in the following sections.
  3. At this point, you have two options for creating a list - uploading a list or re-using an existing list.
  4. To upload an existing list, you need to have a csv file which contains a list of account addresses. The file needs to be formatted such that all of the addresses are listed under a column with the title Address. Here is an example format:

  1. Click the UPLOAD button and select your list. You should see a message listing the total number of addresses that will be added to your new list.
  2. Once the list has been uploaded, select CREATE LIST to finish.

Copy from an Existing List

  1. Follow steps 1-4 from Uploading a List.
  2. All of your existing lists will be displayed in a table for you to select.
  3. You can select as many lists as you would like. The final list will be a collection of all unique addresses found in each individual list.
  4. When you are satisfied with your list, select CREATE LIST to finish.

Creating or Updating a List from a Subgraph

In addition to uploading a list, you also have the option of pulling all visible accounts within a given Subgraph into a new list (or adding to existing lists). You can reference the following steps when creating a list from a Subgraph:

  1. Select the copy icon in the Tolbar on the panel on the right side of the Subgraph view.

  1. This will open a Add Wallets to Existing List(s) or Create New List view.
  2. Enter a name and select a list type.
  3. Click CREATE LIST to finalize.

You can additionally update existing lists by following these steps:

  1. Select the copy icon in the Tolbar on the panel on the right side of the Subgraph view.
  2. This will open a Add Wallets to Existing List(s) or Create New List view.
  3. All of your existing lists will be displayed in a table for you to select.
  4. You can select as many lists as you would like. The final list will be a collection of all unique addresses found in each individual list.
  5. Click UPDATE LIST(s) to finalize.
Update Lists from Subgraph

Updating an Account List

Account lists can be updated either by copying new accounts into the list as previously discussed, or using the account list edit tool. There are two ways to access this tool: multi-select and through the toolbar.

Multi-select

The multi-select feature allows for you to create a specific list of accounts that can be copied into the Subgraph (as described prior section on copying accounts). You can reference the following steps when using this feature:

  1. Click on an account while holding the SHIFT button i.e. SHIFT+Click.
  2. Select as many accounts as you would like (again by SHIFT-clicking them).
  3. When you have all of the intended accounts selected, click on the copy button and follow the steps on updating a list as previously mentioned.

Toolbar Edit

You can additionally edit an existing list using the following steps:

  1. Select the intended list to edit.
  2. Click the edit button from the toolbar in the panel on the right.
  3. The edit toolbar should appear which has the option to save, cancel, or include neighbors.
  4. The save and cancel buttons function as described. The include neighbors button allows for you to add an account plus its neighbors to your list.
  5. To start adding accounts, simply click on an account and it should change color. Additionally, clicking on an already selected account will remove it from the list. Finally, if include neighbors is selected, the clicked accounts neighbors will also be added/removed from the list.
  6. When finished, click the save button to complete the update.
Edit Existing List

List Types

We have provided a set of labels for list types. If you would like to see additional labels added, please reach out to support@block-rank.io.

Label Description Color
Blocked Accounts that you have identified to be “bad players” and should be banned within the larger community.
Allowed Accounts that you have identified to be trustworthy and should be trusted by other members of the community.
Suspicious Accounts that you have suspect has engaged in fraudulent behavior but has not been confirmed.
AirDrop Accounts that have either participated in an AirDrop or will be participating in a future AirDrop.
Bots Accounts that are suspected or have been identified as bots. A subset of “Blocked” accounts.
Fraud Accounts that have engaged in or are linked to fraudulent behavior. A subset of “Blocked” accounts.
Team Accounts that belong to members of your team.
Other Accounts that do not fit the provided labels.

The color column represents the color that the accounts will appear in a given Subgraph when that list type is selected.
